The No Hassle Replacement limited warranty assures you of continued comfort. You get a replacement unit if a major component (the compressor, coil or heat exchanger) should fail during the coverage period.

SEER Rating

A SEER rating (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio)is the ratio of the cooling output of an air conditioner over a typical cooling season, divided by the energy it consumed in Watt-Hours. This only refers to energy consumption and nor cooling capability.

Two Stage Furnaces

Two stage furnaces operate a low speed when possible to provide even heat through the house then kick into high speed when needed.

Variable Speed Motor

Variable Speed blowers can adjust speed and air velocity to ensure proper air flow and increasing air flow to hard to reach rooms.
